Use
Ask Punchline
Ask about your site in plain words: "Which agents read our pricing page most last week?", "Why did sessions jump on Tuesday?", "Why was this session marked as an agent?". Find it under Ask in the dashboard.
How it answers
The assistant uses the same tools as the API and the MCP server, so it can only do what they can: read your numbers. Every answer shows how it got there: each query it ran, the rows it saw, and a link to the same view in the dashboard.
It can draft alerts ("Alert me if agent share spikes"). A draft appears with a Save button; nothing changes until you press it.
Privacy and safety
- Answers use Claude, from Anthropic. The model sees tool results only: aggregates and session summaries with no IP addresses, user agents or visitor identifiers. Groups of fewer than 5 people are withheld, as in the API. Anthropic doesn't train on this data.
- Turn AI features off per site in Site settings → API and AI access; that also blocks the MCP server.
- Page paths, referrers, UTM values and event names are written by whoever sends traffic, and can be crafted to look like instructions. The assistant receives them as clearly marked data and is told never to follow them; it has no way to change anything; and answers are shown as plain text, never as links or formatting built from your data. We test this with planted instructions.
- Each site can ask 50 questions a day.
